All payments, including the Canadian regitrations, will be charged in USD equivalents.

When you have registered and paid, don’t forget to book your hotel room at the Tempe Missions Palm with group code G-COLA. (The link will automatically open a new page with the group code embedded. If you want to make reservations by phone, please call 480-894-1400.) The group rate is available Fri-Sun 10/16-18. Alternatively, you may like the Hyatt, which is a 15 minute walk from the conference location.
